Terms of Services

I only work on my Art Commissions on weekend (Saturday and Sunday), please do not expect fast-paced turn around work with me as I need at least a month to finish a commission. It may take up to 2-3 months, but I will always keep you updated on the commission process once a week on the weekend. Please only commission me if you are patient. Rush order is available with additional fee, but please discuss with me first and we will talk about the timeline.

GENERAL - - -

◆ Payment via Paypal or Vgen only.
◆ All price listed is for Personal Use.
◆ I accept visual references only. Text reference may cost more.
◆ Client must acknowledge REKO as the original artwork creator / artist. Credits are not needed but appreciated.
◆ I may post the finished commission as my portfolio.
◆ Do not use my art for AI feed or NFT or blockhain or any related technology.

DELIVERY - - -

◆ I will send the files via link. I may delete the files after time passes, so please download it soonest.
◆ Other than the full artwork, you will get PNG transparent. You can request a PSD merged layer file if you need it (either for personal or commercial).

COPYRIGHT - - -

◆ Editing/using/reprint/reproduce in any way is prohibited unless you’re the owner/commissioner or you've got the owner/commissioner and my permission.
◆ Character/OC/Fanart belong to their respective owners, I only hold the copyright for the art that I made for them.

◆ You may request max. 3 revisions in sketch phase
◆ You may request 2 minor revisions in lineart or coloring phase.
◆ Major revision (changing pose or angle or overall body proportion / changing outfit / changing overall concept after sketch is approved) will cost 30%~80% from initial price.
◆ I normally will update you once a week or once in two weeks, but feel free to contact me if you wish to see update on WIP.
◆ Client can't ask for a refund once I have started work on the commission.

COMMERCIAL USAGE - - -

◆ Commercial price is 2x ~ 3x initial price depending the usage.
◆ Clients can use the artwork for streaming, advertising, and sell the artwork as merchandise.
◆ For V-tuber clients: Any usage related to V-tuber activities (stream schedule, video thumbnail, promotion, gift for fans, etc) are considered commercial works.
◆ If you previously purchased personal use price and want to use it commercially, you can discuss it with me.

Commission may be requested via Twitter DM, Facebook PM (only local), or e-mail. Please use the form as reference to what you should send me if you want to commission. Refer to FAQ for vtuber related activities if you're unsure.

Q. I'm a Vtuber and I want to use your drawing for my video thumbnail, only once!
A. I don't count this as commercial, as long as you only use it only once. I also only allow it on youtube channel non-member videos. If you're going to use more than once or use it on twitch, it's commercial usage.Q. I'm an utaite and want to use your illustration in my song cover MV, does that count as commercial usage?
A. If you have subscribers more than 5000 then I will charge. If it's less then it falls to personal use.Q. I'm a Vtuber and I want to use the drawing for my social media, is that counted as commercial usage?
A. As long as you only use it in your social media like twitter, facebook profile (not fanpage), discord profile picture, or instagram, it's not commercial usage.Q. I'm a Vtuber and I want to use the drawing for my twitch banner and use it for my loading screen. Is it counted as commercial usage?
A. Yes it counts as commercial usage. Using my drawings on twitch, youtube, facebook fanpage, patreon, or other site that gains income counts as commercial usage. Using my drawings for your 'exclusive member emoticons/stickers' also count as commercial usage.Q. I want to use your drawing in a game/webnovel/project I'm currently making. Is it counted as commercial usage?
A. If you're going to sell your game, yes, it's commercial usage. If you don't plan on selling it or it's just for school/academic purposes, it's not commercial.

- Menjual atau memberi hasil komisi ke pihak kedua atau ketiga atau seterusnya.
Contoh: Punya teman di US dan membeli komisi saya dengan harga IDR untuk teman tersebut (titip beli dengan harga lebih murah) tidak diperbolehkan. Tapi kalau memang buat hadiah, boleh.
- Membeli gambar saya lalu menjualnya kembali di Fiverr atau platform serupa juga tidak diperbolehkan.✧ Harga IDR khusus untuk orang yang tinggal di Indonesia dan berbahasa Indonesia. Tidak menerima pembayaran lain selain menggunakan bank lokal (BCA/MyBlu/Jenius)
✧ Intinya kalau merasa bukan orang Indonesia, tolong beli dengan harga USD. Kalau mau beli harga USD bisa cek vgen ya.
